Points are based on the regular price of the product, does not include any taxes or shipping fees. You will then be able to use these points toward qualifying products / reward items. Click here to view them all. Just to note we are always monitoring this program and may adjust or add additional features as it grows.

Absolutely not! We are Preppers ourselves and understand your privacy concerns. We ship in as generic packaging as possible, and do not share any of your details with any outside source. The only exception would be things like, for example, if you had a product still covered by manufacturer warranty and need to deal with them. A product that has the title 'Reward Item' included means it is specifically meant to be offered as a reward item you can redeem your points on. To find out the reward points needed click on the product, and in the product description you will see 'Price in rewards Points: xxx' right under the price tag.
You may also see the rewards price for regularly stocked items, these products will not have 'Reward Item' listed in the title. Regular stocked items may be added and removed from the promotion at any time and without notice.
You must have the full amount of points required, or you may just purchase the product. You cannot use partial points and pay remaining balance.
Please note a product with the words 'Reward Item' included in the title are limited in quantity as they are not what we normally offer on 604Prepper.com. Most often will not be restocked, so best to consider once it's gone... it's gone!
Reward Items Category is meant to keep all products you can redeem your points on in one place, for your convenience. You will also see regular stocked items listed from time to time.

With the pandemic many products we offer are in high demand, often meaning shortages and/or delays receiving new shipments. While we are trying to order well before stock runs low it can be difficult to keep pace, which means it can be anywhere between 6 - 8 weeks. Some manufacturers reporting that they are unable to restock until 1st & 2nd quarter of 2021.

As you may be aware, much of the products & services we offer have become high demand. The result is often shortages from the manufacturer. We have opted to keep our retail location closed with constant re-evaluating, and more importantly items quickly running out. Orders may also take up to 2 business days for shipping. This answer will be updated as need. Please do contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We try to make it as easy & quick as possible for any issues, just click here and let us know of the problem. We will do everything possible to make it right! You can also find the link at the bottom of any page (including this one) under Customer Support titled 'Returns'. In situations where you may need to cancel or modify a placed order please let us know as quickly as possible. There's a small window to do so, your order ships even prior to order status update notification.

Typically orders ship by the next business day, however for specialty items & bulk orders may take longer. Once your order ships you will be notified with tracking (if applicable). You can also find order status by reviewing orders in your account.
